This is going to be the best Christmas ever.— Santa
The Case
The reindeer have issued a death threat. Mrs. Claus wants every toy gun removed from the sleigh. The Easter Bunny is romancing the elves, the Tooth Fairy is inspecting them for loose teeth, and both guests have overstayed their welcome. Meanwhile, someone has sabotaged an entire workshop of Christmas toys.
Santa is visited by four ghosts. The Ghost of Christmas Future predicts a murder.
Before Elfish Presley can reveal what she has discovered, a shot rings out. The audience questions the suspects, studies the evidence, and completes Detective Cards before committing to a solution.
Christmas is waiting.
The killer is not.

The North Pole Staff — and Two Guests Who Won’t Leave
The overworked leader of the North Pole. The sleigh is nearly ready, the reindeer are in revolt, and Christmas has become a deadline with antlers.
A blueblood activist who wants every toy gun removed from Santa’s sleigh. She founded GAG—Gals Against Guns—and has never confused tradition with permission.
A practiced charmer with former wives, current complications, and an abiding belief that a properly fluffed tail is a professional responsibility.
A demolition expert with firearms experience and dreams of dental school. She has been inspecting the elves for loose teeth.
Santa’s Chief of Staff and a newly minted amateur detective, educated by The Adventures of Sherlock Gnomes.
Inside the Mystery
Before the show, guests receive Detective Cards and character Fun Facts. Ten audience members are recruited for featured roles: Marley; the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future; two former Mrs. Easter Bunnies; FiFi; Timmy; Suzy; and a guest who becomes a dental patient.
After Act II, the audience questions the suspects and records its conclusions. Act III reveals the solution.
The audience does not merely watch the investigation. It becomes part of the evidence.
